María Fernanda Londono, LCSW, CAMS II
María Fernanda Londono is a bilingual psychotherapist certified in the state of Georgia. She has over 10 years of experience and specialized training in treating anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, anger, grief, family conflicts, and trauma.
In 2004, María Fernanda earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia State University. For eight years, she dedicated her career to working with victims of violent crimes, including domestic violence and sexual abuse/assault, as well as aggressors. In 2012, she obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and a postgraduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Georgia, graduating with the highest academic honors, summa cum laude.
María Fernanda’s therapeutic approach is eclectic, integrating various evidence-based treatment models. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, she is a Certified Anger Management Specialist with extensive experience leading both individual and group anger management classes in Georgia and internationally.

Personalized Classes for Individuals Seeking to Improve Impulsive and/or aggressive behavior
Over a 12-week period, participants will learn fundamental concepts, how to identify and express emotions, techniques to recognize anger triggers, control and calming strategies, and much more.
Upon completing all 12 sessions, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
Anger Management Workshops Offered in the community or virtually.
Workshops are available in half-day, full-day, or 12-week formats (for those seeking a completion certificate).
The content for half-day and full-day workshops will be tailored to meet the specific needs of the participants.
Workshops for nonprofit organizations are available at a reduced cost.
